The Sheward Partnership is proud to share that 807 Bank Street has officially achieved LEED Platinum certification under the LEED v4 BD+C: Core & Shell rating system. This achievement reflects our client Turnbridge Equities’ strong commitment to sustainability and highlights the growing value of LEED-certified developments in the distribution center real estate market.
In collaboration with ARCO Design/Build, we designed and delivered a high-performance, tilt-wall warehouse that integrates both visible and behind-the-scenes sustainability strategies. Key features include:
- Bike racks and a commuter shower to support alternative transportation
- Walk-off mats to improve indoor air quality
- An expansive rooftop solar array to offset building energy use
- Over 40% reduction in indoor water usage
From a materials standpoint, the project utilized slag in precast and cast-in-place concrete mix designs to reduce Portland cement content. This approach contributed to earning three points in the Whole Building Life Cycle Assessment, calculated using the Tally® LCA App for Autodesk® Revit®.

This certification represents more than a technical achievement, it reflects a shared commitment to advancing sustainable design in industrial development. At The Sheward Partnership, we are proud to have supported Turnbridge Equities and ARCO Design/Build in delivering a facility that not only meets the highest standards of environmental performance but also serves as a model for future innovation in the logistics and distribution sector.
