We are excited to announce a new member of The Sheward Partnership team! Bradley Gay, AIA, LEED AP, CPHC has joined TSP as an Architect and Sustainability Project Manager based out of our Philadelphia office.
Bradley brings 20 years of management experience on large multi-use projects to our team. He has worked with universities on classroom and student housing projects, as well as small residential renovations, and a variety of k-12 schools.
Bradley is one of those architects who has been drawing floor plans and building sections since fifth grade. Even with that early focus, his training ranges broadly from painting and photography to hands-on construction. He earned his master’s degree from the Yale School of Architecture and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan College of Architecture and Urban Planning. Bradley recently acquired his Certified Passive House Consultant credential to refresh his knowledge of cutting-edge environmental strategies and building science.
Bradley spends a lot of time in Philadelphia’s hidden green spaces, either hiking with his wife, daughter and son (and pandemic puppy), or running along the Schuylkill River to Belmont Plateau in preparation for his next marathon.
We are glad to have Bradley supporting our design and sustainability team. Welcome, Bradley!
