Spring House Innovation Park, Building 1 Achieves LEED Certification

We are proud to announce that Spring House Innovation Park, Building 1 has achieved LEED Certified status under the LEED v4 BD+C: New Construction rating system. This milestone reflects the dedication of our client, Beacon Capital Partners, and the outstanding design team led by D2 Architects, with contributions from O’Donnell & Naccarato (structural engineering), Bohler Engineering (civil and landscape design), and The Sheward Partnership as LEED consultant.

This major renovation transformed an existing two-story office building into a vibrant campus hub, featuring a new fitness center, food and beverage amenities, and a state-of-the-art conference center. Sustainability was at the core of every decision. The project diverted an impressive 94% of construction waste, achieved a 41.9% reduction in indoor water use through WaterSense-labeled fixtures, and prioritized healthy interiors with MERV-13 filtration and low-emitting materials. Landscape enhancements included restored native plantings and a welcoming pollinator garden.

We commend our client and partners for their commitment to creating a facility that balances functionality, comfort, and environmental responsibility. This LEED certification is a testament to the team’s vision and collaboration, setting the tone for future sustainable projects across the Spring House Innovation Park campus.
