We are excited to introduce a new member of The Sheward Partnership team! Anton Germishuizen, AIA has joined TSP’s design team as Senior Associate out of our Philadelphia office!
Anton has over thirty-five years of architectural design and project management experience on a variety of commercial, higher education and healthcare projects. His practice experience has taught him the importance of collaboration and multi-disciplinary thinking in the design of projects. His work is informed by a systems-thinking approach where design is informed by factors beyond the site in support of community at large.
Practicing design as a team sport, driven by collaboration, curiosity and integration, is foundational to Anton Germishuizen’s design approach. A good listener and analytical thinker, leading an outcomes-based design process in partnership with clients is a proven strength.
When he is not giving design direction at TSP and teaching architecture at Jefferson University, Anton is a marathoner and has completed several, including Atlantic City in 2021. He lives in Wynnewood with his wife and two kids. His family is rounded out by 3 canine companions; a French bulldog, a greyhound, and a whippet.
