University Place 3.0 is LEED Platinum Certified!

The Sheward Partnership was commissioned by University Place Associates to serve as the Architect of Record and Sustainability, LEED & WELL Consultant in the construction of this new 240,000 SF core and shell commercial office building. The eight-story building is located on the northern edge of the University of Pennsylvania campus in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

We are proud to announce University Place 3.0 achieved LEED Platinum certification! This flagship project features chilled beam heating and cooling, View dynamic glazing, rainwater harvesting for irrigation and cooling tower make-up and a 14,000 square foot accessible green roof with native plants. The project is also pursuing WELL Platinum certification, which is expected later this year. In total, TSP evaluated over 500+ installed building materials for LEED and WELL contributions. Thanks to our many team members who contributed to the certification process!
