Kensington High School for the Creative and Performing Arts

The Sheward Partnership was commissioned by the School District of Philadelphia to serve as an advisory consultant to assist in the achievement of LEED Platinum certification for the new Kensington High School for the Creative and Performing Arts. Introduced to the project team during mid-construction phase, The Sheward Partnership was responsible for documenting all LEED credits specific to the District, reviewing information provided by the project team, and strategizing additional sustainable design and construction solutions for the project. This project is the first public School in Pennsylvania to achieve LEED Platinum certification.
