Saint-Gobain North American Corporate Headquarters

The Sheward Partnership was selected by Bernardon to provide LEED and Sustainability Consulting Services for the new Saint-Gobain North American Headquarters in Malvern, Pennsylvania. The project involved the major renovation and addition of an existing office building built in the 1960s. The scope included mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades, and also extensive site work. The 4-story building features Saint-Gobain’s innovative Sage Glass electronically tintable glazing to reduce solar heat gain and glare throughout the day. The project achieved platinum certification under the LEED 2009 for Core & Shell Development Rating System, and also, the LEED 2009 for Commercial Interiors Rating System.
