1050 Constitution Avenue

The Sheward Partnership was commissioned by Liberty Property Trust to serve as the LEED Consultant and Energy Modeler on the flex building located at 1050 Constitution Avenue. The Sheward Partnership is responsible for guiding the design and construction team through the LEED process under the LEED 2009 for Core & Shell Development Rating System. The project incorporated such sustainable features as exterior sunshading, 100% FSC-Certified wood, 35% reduced water consumption, and 30% of project building materials originating from its region.
