Main Line Health – The Heart Pavilion at Lankenau Medical Center

The Sheward Partnership was commissioned by Main Line Health to serve as the LEED and Sustainability Consultant for the $500 million Lankenau Medical Center expansion project. The project involves the new construction of a 260,000 square foot Patient Tower, Connector Building, 1,300 vehicle parking structure and central utility plan as well as extensive site improvements to streamline access and storm water management. The project achieved LEED Silver certification under the LEED 2009 for New Construction Rating System. The Heart Pavilion at Lankenau Medical Center is the largest LEED certified healthcare project on the east coast.
