UGI Utilities Headquarters

The Sheward Partnership was selected by Bernardon to serve as the Sustainability and LEED Consultant for UGI Utilities new corporate headquarters in central Pennsylvania. The new headquarters is a three-story, 80,000 SF facility that incorporates energy efficient HVAC systems and lighting throughout the facility. The building serves as an educational tool to UGI Utilities customers throughout central Pennsylvania showcasing energy saving systems and techniques that conserve electricity and natural gas. The project achieved LEED Silver certification under the LEED v4 New Construction Rating System.
