University of Pennsylvania – The Wharton School External Affairs Office

The Sheward Partnership was commissioned by the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School to serve as the WELL Consultant for the new Wharton School External Affairs office, located on the 5th floor of the FMC Tower in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Sheward Partnership provided project specific sustainability strategies, integrating the WELL Building Standard with The Wharton School’s sustainability commitment throughout their physical spaces and operations. The project achieved WELL Silver certification in 2020 and is the first WELL certified project at the University of Pennsylvania.
