WPT Mansfield

The Sheward Partnership was commissioned by WPT Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust to serve as the LEED and Sustainability Consultant on the new 769,000 square foot industrial facility located in Mansfield, New Jersey. The Sheward Partnership was responsible for guiding the design and construction team through the LEED process under the LEED for Warehouse and Distribution Centers Rating System and surpassed the team’s goal, achieving LEED Silver certification. The project scope included base lighting, HVAC systems, site lighting and a fully insulated building.
