Bracco Diagnostics Inc. Americas Headquarters

The Sheward Partnership was commissioned by by Bracco Diagnostics Inc. to serve as the Sustainability & LEED Consultant for their 30,000 SF office fit-out in Princeton, New Jersey which shall serve as their Americas headquarters. The project integrated advanced lighting, ergonomic design, and an immersive experience center, all while prioritizing sustainable practices and materials. The project team was able to reduce potable water consumption by 46,942 gallons per year, resulting in a 32% savings compared to a baseline building. In addition, 25% of Bracco’s suite energy usage is provided by an on-site photovoltaic array The fit-out achieved LEED certification under the LEED v4 for Commercial Interiors Rating System.
